Refund/Exchange Policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges

2. Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days, if you did not receive the correct product you purchased. Product must be in same condition as received.

3. If you have modified your extensions in any way and unhappy with the results (bleaching, cutting, coloring or use any hot tools) we are not responsible. Modifying extensions is done at the customer’s discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended. 

We are not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages once it is in the carrier's care. Therefore, we will not replace your package. You will not receive a refund or exchange for any lost/stolen packages. Once you are provided with your tracking number, you may contact the carrier for further questions or concerns, including any package delays.
