Shipping Policy

Please keep in mind processing time can take up to 10-15 business days before being shipped out.

Bundles and lace products processing time can take up to 5 to 10 business days before being shipped out.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed your order will began processing immediately and we will not be able to be cancelled.

Billing Policy

 Please insure that your billing and shipping address is the same. If you do not enter the same address that is associated with your bank account, the payment may be declined.

Return/Exchanged Policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges

2. Exchanges are only accepted if you did not receive the product you purchased.

3. If you have modified your extensions in any way and unhappy with the results (bleaching, cutting, coloring or use any hot tools) we are not responsible. Modifying extensions is done at the customer’s discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages once it is in the carrier's care. Therefore, we will not replace your package. You will not receive a refund or exchange for any lost/stolen packages. Once you are provided with your tracking number, you may contact the carrier for further questions or concerns, including any package delays.
